We are building what the internet should have been: privacy-first, decentralised, and accountable.

Our first product, c.Email, allows users to send and receive end-to-end encrypted emails without relying on third parties or complex setups. Combining advanced cryptography with real-world identity verification, c.Email lets people send private and safe messages from their existing email address – providing both freedom from surveillance and protection from fraud.

Beyond email, Certonymity was founded to solve the fundamental problem of digital identity: the tension between the individual right to privacy and freedom, and society's need for accountability and regulation. We are creating the technology to solve this: a system for digital identity that provides anonymity by default and accountability when necessary.
